Your order is always handled with total discretion from dispatch to delivery.

2. Dispatch Times

In-Stock Items

• Orders placed for products currently in stock are dispatched within one working day, Monday to Friday.

• Orders placed after business hours are processed the next working day.

Out-of-Stock Items

• If an item is temporarily out of stock, we aim to dispatch it within approximately 7 days.

• If there is a longer manufacturing delay, you will be notified by email as soon as we receive updated information.

3. Delivery Options & Cut-Off Times

We offer a range of standard and express delivery options.
Cut-off times for overnight delivery services are shown in the delivery table Orders placed after the cut-off time will be dispatched the next working day.

4. Delivery Days

• Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only.

• Weekend or bank holiday dispatch is not available.
